Technically, the Doji candlestick pattern observed on Friday, along with an RSI (14) nearing oversold conditions, suggests a potential corrective bounce in the EUR/USD price. However, the convergence of the 100-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) and a descending resistance line from July 19 marks the 1.0900 level as a significant hurdle for Euro bulls. In essence, while the EUR/USD pair has shown signs of a rebound, the bearish outlook remains dominant, with limited room for further downside.
